You'll be in a private room with the door closed, and the conversation is unhurried. We talk about your hair, how it has changed, and what you'd like it to do. You'll see and handle real pieces: bases, densities, textures, colors, so the decision is something you can feel rather than imagine.
You'll leave with a clear sense of which direction suits you, whether that's extensions, a topper, or a wig. Nothing is decided that day unless you want it to be. The fee is $100, applied in full toward your first purchase.
If a topper or wig is the right direction, we move next into matching: base, density, texture, and color, so the piece reads as continuous with the hair you have. If extensions make more sense, we match a hair sample to your exact shade before anything is ordered. Either way, you approve every detail before it's built.
